I wish to thank Douglas, Benson, Chia and Lee.  Not only they are knowledgeable in the respective CU they lecture, they also possess great real life experience in the real estate industry itself.  And best of all, they are more than willing to share their knowledge on real estate regulations/practices, marketing, how to handle clients, etc., but most importantly, managing situations (very useful for the case study questions).  I thank them and Pioneer for helping me to pass the exams in one sitting (July exams).  Still, let me say this:  the exams are NOT easy, one really need to spend time and effort to prepare.  Just by reading the notes alone is not sufficient, you need to attend the lectures to get the full meaning and principle from the lecturers – hence, actual industry experience of the lecturers are very important.  Do lots of the practice questions and don’t just learn by hard the answers but understand the rationale behind each answers as this will definitely help you to answer any questions based on the same principles.  Thanks Pioneer and all the best to the future candidates!
